The 2018 Annual
Conference of China Real Estate Agents, hosted by China Institute of Real
Estate Appraisers and Agents("CIREA") —— the national real estate
agency industry self-regulatory organization, held in Beijing from June 28 to
29, 2018. The 2018 Annual Conference of China Real Estate Agents is the most
influential annual event in China's real estate agency industry with more than
600 participants. The theme is professionalization and professional services.
Ni Hong, the Vice Minister of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development
(MOHURD), Yang Jiayan, the Vice Director of the Real Estate Market Supervision
Department of MOHURD, and Du Juan, the President of CIREA, attended the meeting
and delivered speeches. Chai Qiang, the Vice President and Secretary General of
CIREA, hosted the opening ceremony.

Mr.Ni Hong pointed out
that, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has paid great
attention to the management of the real estate agency industry in recent years.
He put forward the hope for the future of real estate agency industry as
follows: to resolutely implement. resolutely implement the policy of regulating
real estate industry; to effectively protect the legitimate interests of the
people; to improve the professional service level; to strengthen
self-discipline management of the industry.
President of CIREA, Ms. Du Juan
Ms. Du Juan emphasized
that, it is necessary to maintain the order of the real estate market, to
promote the professionalization of the industry, to improve the professional
service level, and to create a good ecology environment for the real estate
industry. On this basis, it is necessary to establish an industry-wide credit
system and open it to the public.
The speakers are quite
well-known in the real estate agency industry both from China and abroad,
including the expert of Tsinghua University, the representatives of local real
estate agency industry organizations, the leadership of well-known real estate
agency companies, real estate network platform, and the industry
representatives from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Besides that，some speakers are from National
Association of Realtors(NAR), American Asian Real Estate Association Vancouver
branch, Japan Real Estate Institute etc.
