2020 Annual Conference of China Real Estate Agents Successfully Held Online

The 2020 Annual Conference of China Real Estate Agents was held online on August, 28th, 2020 by CIREA.Ms. Du Juan, President of China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents (CIREA), and Mr. Wang Ce, Deputy Director General of Department of Real Estate Market Supervision of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, delivered speeches at the opening ceremony. Dr. Chai Qiang, the Vice President and Secretary General of CIREA, hosted the Conference.

The Annual Conference of China Real Estate Agents is a renowned yearly event for high-level dialogue, communication and outlook of China’s real estate agents and rental industry, which has been held over ten consecutive years. In 2020, the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has made a huge impact on China and the world’s economy. The world is facing a great change unseen in a century. So, the theme of the Annual Conference is “Breakthrough and Improvement – Development and Prospect of Real Estate Agents and Rental Market under the Great Change”, aiming to guide real estate agencies and rental enterprises, who  react effectively on the impact and challenge brought by the pandemic; to guide enterprises do well on real estate agents service and rental operation, as well as to grasp the future trend and to seize the opportunity to make the industry transformation and upgrading and lift up the impression of the public for the industry.

Speakers discussed hot topics on the impact and response of COVID-19, the relationship between new house agents and second-hand house agents, the relationship between online and offline, the relationship between large enterprises and small &medium-sized enterprises, the relationship between brokerage agencies and agents, the relationship between MLS and other joint sales models, as well as the service pattern and industry structure of real estate brokerage and rental enterprises in the future.
